This appointment is held remotely, but we will sit together face-to-face on Zoom. It is perfect if you are unable to travel to my clinic or live too far away.
We will have a chat about what is going on for you and set an intention for the session—what you would like to work on or shift. From there, we will work together through the session, following what your body is showing us. We may be guided into conversation as we explore what is ready to shift.
You will need a comfortable, quiet space where you can relax without distractions or interruptions.
